PRICE
Individual prices. Non depending of type of room, individual or shared with another guests.
Guests must have Hostel  Card. It could be got in the Hostel or at the Information Centres of Young Department of each region.

BOOKING
Guest must book in advance, by phone, e-mail or fax, contacting with the Hostel.

PREPAID AMOUNT
a reservation will be confirmed, with a payment in advance/prepaid of 20% of total services booked, in the date required by the Hostel, and with full name and piece concept enclosed.
24 hours before 12.00 a.m. the arriving day, not necessary prepaid.

CANCELLATIONS
Guests can cancel services requested and booked at any time, but they must compesate the Hostel (Cladium Asociados S.L.) according to next terms:

Cancellation period before arriving date and penalty over the total amount and services booked:

• Summer period: guest will loose the prepaid quantity or the 20% of the total services booked. All cancellations must be made by e-mail o fax.

• Rest of the year. 
  • If cancellation, made by e-mail or fax, is made within the 21 days before the arriving date, guest will loose the prepaid quantity or the 20% of the total services booked.
  • If cancellation, made by e-mail of fax, is made more than 21 days before the arriving date, the hostel will refund the total prepaid quantity except the bank commission for transaction.

• Changes in summer period. always informing the Hostel by fax or e-mail, for any change guest will loose the prepaid quantity or the 20% of the total services firstly booked.

• Changes in the rest of the year.
  
  • If changes are made, always by e-mail or fax,  within 21 days before the first booked date, guest will loose the prepaid quantity or the 20% of the total services booked.
  • If changes are made, always by e-mail or fax,  more than 21 days before the first booked date, the hostel will refund the total prepaid quantity except the bank commission for transaction

EIn any case, the non-show guest will loose all the rights and refunds.

The same conditions will be applied in case of partial or reduction services booked.
